The first guy who takes orders, missed chicken on my sandwich. I ordered chicken cheddar sandwich and ended up with cheddar lettuce sandwich. Also they have toppings listed right behind the counter, which I never saw in my sandwich. Half of are missing when I say "everything". Seems like eating toasted bread. They rush you a lot without paying attention and not taking time to listen to your customization. Less variety and volume of toppings made me stop by there. I compare this experience with Subway, their toppings are visible and can be identified in each bite. No room to experience food sensation here. Sandwiches are like more drier than juicier due to limited dressing . ONLY choice is by default - Italian Seasoning. Lettuce and tomatoes like samples are not crispy. Don't know how 290+ locations are running with the sort of soft lettuce.
Things I truly loved. Atmosphere. Live music on a high Street store and view to a street from the store.
11/10/14: Here we go. My sandwich was full of toppings today. Was appropriately dressed and well wrapped. I missed a music though. A gentleman was setting up his corner get ready to sound the restaurant. I think I was lil early or he must be running late. Upgrade from one star to three star...
11/18114: A simple order I placed messed up twice and I had no choice but to get out of line to find next place to buy a lunch. Spent 20 minutes of my break for nothing. No one cared about my order and people behind me moved ahead of me but not I. I was just standing like a piece of antique like other decorative pieces in a store with no attention paid at all. i simply walked out, still no one paid attention and cared. Ended up buying sub at different place. M not lying. Check your cameras. (11:55 am) Algorithm is important "with connection" with guests which was a missing part.. Other thoughts: No music guy at 12:00 pm which was a pick lunch hour. I would stay behind the counter during pick hours if I were a manager. 11/19/14: (11:45am) Things looked in order today..The first man was checking twice with everyone for the correct order. Music man was setting up stage . Chicken was lil hard in a chicken...
Read moreThis location definitely lacks good customer service! The verdict on how good the luke warm food is, is still up for debate. Last week we (my job) placed a larger catering style order for a group conference that was scheduled for today. After months of planning and ordering the subs a week In advance we thought everything would be all set. Well, that was until Potbelly’s compromised it. Not only were the sandwiches much later than expected but the customer service was completely inconsiderate of us (the customers) and why we needed our order on time. After calling to ask where the order was the first time we were given an 15 minute time frame to wait because the delivery was behind. Then we found there were 5 larger orders for the day which continued to push our order back. At the 15 minute mark we called with no sight of our order and more time was tacked on you our wait. Well our food finally got here 30+ minutes late, luke warm and now continuing to get cold since our meetings were rearranged today. We had to quickly adapt our schedules with out of town guests so that we could still complete our tasks for the day instead of waiting on sandwiches that took over 30 minutes to be delivered. Now the food will continue to sit until we get a chance to wrap up a meeting. Overall this was a big let down. We went out on a limb to get Potbelly’s and needless to say it...
Read moreThis restaurant has terrible customer service. These masks are getting way out of hand I have a Dr's note not to wear one due to health issues. This person tried to tell me that doesn't matter he doesn't need to follow the governor's orders about the exception and that a city ordinance has more power than the state. Oh let's not mention he is calling it a law. He really needs to study up on his government procedures. Not to mention discrimination against someone with a disability is very wrong. That is basically what they were doing. I was literally there just to pick up an order and leave but no they're too worried about a mask. Hopefully someone sees this and actually gives the guy some insight on what he is actually talking about because all he wanted to do was argue with me about the situation when I called about the problem. Even hung up on him because he just wouldn't listen so he called back to leave a voice mail still not knowing what he was talking about. There are things such as the American disabilities act and civil rights plus the mask procedure in Columbus...
