I usually have no issues with the security guards working here, but I think some need to be trained on having tact. I had an issue where my card was charged twice on tuesday the 2nd in the parking lot and after speaking with the older lady at the desk trying to let her know what happened instead of letting me speak about it she assumed I wanted a refund wich isn't the case I really just wanted to be let out again and called even, she cut me off and was like well that's not my problem that's downstairs immediately wanted to call her manager when I didnt feel was needed but because it was offered didnt mind. I felt like it was a simple matter just wanted to be let out since I was double charged and i tried to show her the proof so she wouldn't think i was lying. She just completely said it wasn't her problem that it was downstairs issue. Then she asked who I worked for and proceeded to tell me I wasn't allowed to park there, but when in reality as long as its paid for there's no issue with my employer. In the whole year I've worked there never had a issue with them, hopefully this doesn't happen with anyone else and if it does I hope they actually decide to listen before blurting out it's not their problem:) other than that one issue this place is pretty great really...
