Pearl Lofts — Local services in Dallas

Zero stars if I could. My wife and I live at Pearl lofts. We have two vehicles. One parked in Pearl and one at Harvest. The office was extremely rude and insinuated that because she had stuff in her car that must’ve been the reason for the break in. I spoke to the property manager who rolled her eyes and refused to give me the directors contact information because she said ‘he’s not going to do anything so there’s no point’. I asked if my wife can get a parking spot at Pearl due to the incident she said no. I asked for footage she said there is none facing the car. Why do we pay for security if no one will be held accountable!!! Unbelievable. The disrespect we received from upper management was horrid. Hopefully a real senior manager that actually can TRY to rectify this or at the very least do something after the fact can contact me. DO NOT LIVE HERE. They do not respect residents property or their vehicles. They told us to park there when we moved here 3 months ago and now it’s ‘nothing they can do’ and a bad attitude. Axam was absolutely wonderful. He was super helpful and welcoming from the start when helping me find parking during the Saturday morning farmers market rush. He really took the time to help me find the best fit for my needs and budget, which I really appreciated. Pearl Lofts is stunning. I love the modern shower doors, the brand new in-unit washer and dryer, the wine fridge (such a nice bonus), and the makeup mirror lighting is a great touch. I also noticed security on-site multiple times during my tour, which made me feel good about safety, especially since I visited on a busy Saturday. The Dallas Farmers Market is right next door and full of life on the weekends, which adds so much to the experience of living here. I had a wonderful experience touring Pearl Lofts, and I want to especially highlight Axam for being such an amazing guide. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and informative. He took his time walking me through the property, answered all my questions with patience, and truly made me feel at ease. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people find the right home.

The Pearl Lofts themselves are beautiful, with a modern, comfortable vibe, and the Farmers Market area is such a gem, full of charm, local spots, and so much to explore.
