Have loved practicing here lately! A great variety of classes and times to choose from to suit all schedules and abilities, easy to walk to from central downtown, and all teachers I've had the pleasure of meeting have been so friendly and motivating. Facilities are clean and well-maintained. Classes can be challenging and fast-paced so I'd recommend feeling comfortable in C1 classes before graduating to anything more intense.
Studio space and changing rooms can be crowded and busy at peak times, so if you prefer a little more personal space then opt for a weekday class during the late morning or early afternoon.

Read moreWow! What a disappointment today! I came to practice to one of the C2 CorePower classes this afternoon and found studio to be in the dirty and filthy stage. How is it possible during pandemic? Teacher was teaching generic and uninspiring, class, using most inappropriate for yoga soundtrack. I had to leave in the middle of the class, which never happened to me before.
It is heartbreaking to see an original CorePower location studio being in such a bad shape. Please step it up! Or you will lose all of the CorePower...
