In December 2022, following the winter storm, we visited Dog Savvy, and I must say that my experience was absolutely phenomenal. The owner, Robb, went above and beyond to ensure that my pomsky, Petra, was outfitted with the perfect pair of Sports Pawks.
Robb's knowledge and expertise were evident from the moment we walked in. He immediately understood our concerns about protecting Petra's paws from road salt during our winter walks. With a friendly and approachable demeanor, he patiently listened to our needs and took the time to measure Petra's paws accurately.

I've taken my dog to get groomed here on numerous occasions but something seemingly changed recently. Her favorite groomer no longer works there, and the service has taken a nose dive.
Last week, I booked an appointment for tomorrow and they made no mention that we needed to provide updated vaccine records for the dog until the day before the appointment. I provided updated vaccine records as instructed but they said that wasn't good enough. I cancelled my appointment and will be going elsewhere, which is saddening to me because the dog enjoyed the place.
Robb, thank you for your response. It would've been nice to be informed of these "new regulations and requirements" at any point during the time of the booking or the week that followed. Your manager decided it was a good idea to wait until the last possible moment to inform me that the vaccination records were not "up to standard". I found that to be incredibly disrespectful of my time because you didn't provide me adequate time to find the serial number of the vaccines on a Sunday afternoon. It's also rather convenient that none of the other dog grooming services I've gone to have required serial numbers of the vaccines except for your business. Your old groomer provided tremendous customer service and care to my dog and I hope to find a groomer as skilled as her in the future. Unfortunately, there are plenty groomers out there that arenāt so gentle/accommodating to our fur babies. We had a very bad experience with one at our last groomer, so this place was new for us! My dog had lots of anxiety and so did I. The groomer was immediately comforting to my dog. I mentioned our previous experience with another groomer which, in turn, resulted in the groomers, store manager, and grooming manager being EXTREMELY helpful with the situation and very accommodating. They not only reassured me, but the groomer even sent me a picture of my dog in the bath and of her cuddling with my sweet girl to let me know she was ādoing greatā! They also let me know when I mentioned that she was reactive and would bark at other dogs that they do one-on-one which DEFINITELY made a huge (good) difference in how anxious my dog was. When I came to pick her up, she not only looked and felt amazing, but was also not doing the typical shaking and whining that she does after the groomer usually. Wasnāt anxious or scared at all!
