Beautiful beautiful jackets. High quality. Owner profiled us and was extremely rude to my friend. We’re both latinas. She took the jacket out of my friends hand when she wasn’t even done looking at it. Too bad she missed a potentially huge sale. I spend thousands of dollars on fur coats. Oh and My dad is from Peru too lol

Clarifying due to owner response: We didn't feel we were profiled for our ethnicity but rather because the owner felt we weren't there to spend money. My friend had given no indication she was putting the jacket away but had literally just finished trying it on. We were both in the mental process of deciding if we should put our credit cards down. This all happened over the course of a few seconds. It was VERY obvious to both of us that the owner was displeased with our presence. We left the shop in shock. When the owner came to my friend to take her jacket she said "I'll take that." Then took the jacket without another word and my friend had to even show her where the hanger was. No "Can I help you with anything else," "Would you like me to hang that for you?". I stand by what I said, we were treated...

The staff at Qinti are the most helpful and efficient people I've ever met! I live out of state so I contacted them via their Instagram for more information about shoes they have available in store. Graham immediately responded and supplied pictures of all available shoes. It was so easy to choose which one I liked and see if the correct size was available. When I called later that day, Graham had passed on all the information to his teammate Katie. I was so delighted to hear she already knew who I was and the shoes I wanted. The over-the-phone transaction was a breeze and the shoes arrived days later. It's been such a long time since I've had superior customer service like I received from the staff at Qinti. I happen to have visited their location in Georgia and got a beany - it's since become the only one I wear during the cold months and it's fantastic. Coincidentally they've added a location here in Denver and I've gone back and added a scarf to my collection and it's equally as comfortable and warm. It's all baby alpaca (sheared) and from Peru!

Highly recommend, particularly for Colorado weather.
