The older lady at the register is straight up nasty rude. My daughter who is 1 who is normally a very easy content baby had a sore on her tongue almost like a blister that came from a virus. Dr said extremely painful but nothing you can do and she’ll randomly cry. We’re in here shopping and she’s crying a bit, not screaming, not temper tantrum or anything like that (one of us would taken her out if the store if it got like that) and the lady is making comments right at my wife about it AS my wife is buying a souvenir. She said "How can you listen to that" and then says "stick your card in machine and don’t touch it". very rudely as well like we don't know how to pay with a chip card. I didn't know this as I am looking for souvenirs with my other son at the time.

Next my son talks me into a train set for his souvenir so then I go up to buy it for him, not knowing how she had just spoken to my wife. The lady says to me, “I don’t know how you can stand listening to her”. I said "my daughter; she is normally a very calm and very content baby but her mouth hurts a lot right now due to a sore on her tongue so she’s crying a little bit." She then says to me "once you put your card, don't touch it and keep it in. If you take it out, the machine beeps and I don’t wanna listen to the beeping."

That’s it. Nothing positive. Just flat out rude. I’m sure if you have videos on the streets that day you would see me multiple times sitting outside the stores with my daughter in the stroller and my wife and other children going into the stores, and that is because there were moments where my daughter was crying a lot more because of her mouth so I didn’t go in the store with her out of courtesy for other shoppers. We finally got her sleeping and she slept for two hours and she was fine after that. Just some bad and random moments and because the sore makes her mouth hurt she was getting poor sleep so we had a fussy baby at times that day.

I don’t know how anyone can employ that woman. Zero...
