The staff, while kind, are not particularly literary-focused and often seem unfamiliar with titles or authors outside of the most popular selections. They also do not offer to order books that are out of stock, which, unfortunately, is quite often the case.
The seating area is limited: a single leather couch offers the only truly comfortable space to sit and read, while a few barstools face the wall—functional, perhaps, but not conducive to privacy or immersive reading.
