All the ladies there are either used to being rude without anyone saying anything to them or just plain racists (except for the younger lady at the cash register) . Not one of them said hello when anyone got inside or even smiled at you. They're all older ladies and probably are tired of life already but if they lack skills in customer service then maybe they should work some where else where there's no people interaction involved. One of them TOLD my husband to move because he was in her way to help someone else in a rude manner, not even saying please or excuse me. First, he was not even blocking or the guy being helped wouldn't had been able to pass, he was already standing in front of the display fridge 🙄. Second, my husband did ignore her because of her rude way of saying not asking, to move. Not coming here again unless employees are trained better or changed...

Very rude people working there! Especially the lady in charge , so rude, using such a language…. The ladies that are selling ice cream overcharged us , and instead of fixing their mistake , they grabbed the ice cream from our child hand. I called for a supervisor, and then this nightmare Ladd came from the inside and started to yell ! Awful people working there , we heard the ice cream is good but I guess the owner doesn’t know that he/she is losing ton of money from people hating going there! After us another couple with three children were overcharged also, they were shocked of the service provided. This is the impression that these people leave in tourists. Very inefficient. Had one person taking orders for “other than coffee or something hot” and only taking orders for ice cream or milkshake. There were two registers and only one being utilized. Jeannie Was the one at the register and would not let the other person help with hot drinks because she would get “messed up” with orders. Waited in line to pay for a milkshake for 45 minutes when it could’ve been split up for less time if the other person were taking all orders and or helping to collect money. Could get so many more people through if efficient....
