Ellison on Broad Apartments — Local services in Greenville

Now that our lease is officially over, I just wanted to take a second to recommend Ellison on Broad. I literally looked at every apartment building in Greenville before choosing this one. You absolutely will not find a nicer apartment with nicer amenities. The location is incredible. I swore I would never live in an apartment building again after a bad experience in Virginia, but we didn't want to buy yet. These apartments have changed my opinion on apartments completely, and alot of it had to do with the staff. Tish, Tessa, Melissa, Marissa, Wayne, Dana, Jason, and the cares team are exceptional at their jobs and are genuinely nice and decent human beings. In the rare event that I needed something (always my fault), the issue was rectified immediately. I will sincerely miss living there and interacting with them. The only reason we moved was because we have a 2 year old who was literally climbing the walls, and we decided to buy a house. I absolutely cannot recommend this place enough. Greystar had gone above and beyond with their properties. I am literally shocked to see any negative reviews. Those people must be very miserable and impossible to please. I probably drove the girls in the office crazy with my daughter running around and by ordering a million packages that were too large for the lockers (which are awesome), and they never ever even looked at me weird. I know I drove Melissa crazy because I could never remember if I had dry cleaning to pick up or not, but she was so patient and kind with my scattered brain. Thank you all so much. We will...

After 2 months of living at Ellison my husband and I decided it was necessary to share a little bit about our experience with Ellison on Broad and the Management Company Greystar that runs this property. We cannot stress how great the people are within Ellison. We looked at many apartments downtown and have lived at 3 different properties, mostly Greystar, and this is by far the best apartment community and team yet. Everything about Ellison feels luxurious, including top of the line amenities, a beautiful maintained property, a spa like experience with a spa jacuzzi, a beautiful massage room with Ellison on Broads own massage therapist, and many more wonderful things at this property. As you can see the property is wonderful but what does it for us is the team that runs it. Nicole (Property Manager) and Marissa (Assistant Manager) always go above and beyond and will always do whatever it takes to make sure you’re time at Ellison is amazing. Justin (Maintenance Manager) always makes sure task are completed within 24 hr and even sooner depending on urgency of issue. Wayne (Maintenance Tech) is just the nicest guy ever and every time you run into him he is just loving life. No wonder why this property has won Best In The Upstate the past couple of years. We possibly could not say anything negative about this property. All good praises team Ellison. Moving to a new place and city is extremely hard. It's the people that can really make or break your experience and Melissa definitely made mine. She is kind and took the time to answer any and every question that I had and trust me it was a TON of them. She works hard to find you the perfect apartment with the perfect view all while not being pushy. She gives you space to make your decision unlike like other leasing agents that I've come across in the past. She jumps through a million hoops to make sure every resident is happy and that your experience while living at her property is a memorable one. I have lived in 4 Greystar apartments and people like Melissa are the reason why. It's the people in the office that you deal with on a daily basis that determine your living experience. Melissa has always worked to make sure mine was incredible. She's the sole reason I keep following the company to new locations I refuse to live in a property managed by someone other than Greystar. Melissa is truly a gem. She's always peppy and has always been there whenever I needed anything whether it be help picking up packages or problems with a mantainance issue. She follows up to make sure everything has been handled and you just can't find that type of service these days.
