After seeing the great reviews and needing my daughters ring resized I thought I should call them. I was shocked at the way I was treated and decided I should let others know this place gives very poor customer service! I just called to get my daughters ring sized down at the most half a size. (Her ring was bought through Costco for a great price!) He immediately acted like he didn't want my business as soon as he asked if I'd bought the ring there.
