I had went into Southport Sephora tonight (located in Kohl's) initially looking for a specific palette and then traveled to the Greenwood location where they had it in stock. Dena, from Greenwood, helped me & even though a long time friend-she is still the sweetest person alive. Anyways, besides the palette, I also purchased a Dr. Dennis Gross peel kit which made my total come to $156 and I also had an Amazon return 10% off coupon.
Long story trying to be short, I had to end back at Southport to exchange the peel kit due to grabbing the wrong one and not wanting to travel all the way back to Greenwood. I explained to the Sephora retail associate (at Southport) that I did have an additional %10 coupon presented upon purchase and if an even exchange wasn't possible, that I would again make the trip back to Greenwood. She assured me she would "figure it out" and not to be concerned until I ended up paying full price. She figured out nothing!! I have spent over (and I am sadly not exaggerating) $8000 in the past 8 months at Sephora & also worked 20+ years in customer service. She should've gave back my product to take it back to where I initially purchased it from or "figured it out" as she stated. Her attitude was aloof and basically gave me a good 'oh well' once my card chip was read. After my points are used, I can assure you I will either ONLY be going to see Dena at Greenwood or just go directly to the retailers themselves to spend my hard earned money. Sephora sucks at sales compared to most competitor stores anyways so I seriously doubt their company would miss a measly 10% off a $92 dollar item. Pitiful really.....Southport used to have alot of good Sephora reps but over the past months, I have been disappointed every single time with the customer service, or lack thereof. Don't waste your time or money going into this location!!! No help...
Read moreI enjoy coming to this Sephora during the week, typically on my lunch. Today I walked in and it was a ghost town. No one to be found. I waited and walked around...nobody. I had a few questions, one lady from Kohls did eventually approach me but the question I had would have definitely been answered better by a trained/experienced Sephora employee. They were on lunch. I picked up quite a few items but then thought you know. I am gonna go elsewhere, hopefully there is better...
