Terrible customer service. Went in to ask a simple question about a ring I had bought a few years back and got immediate attitude and rude responses from the worker. I love my ring- my mother and two sisters all bought the same one and I cherish it. One of my diamonds fell out and it broke my heart because the ring is retired. I knew that the warranty only lasted 1 year but I wanted to inquire about paying for it to get it fixed and the girl was terribly rude to me. She didn't listen to my question, interrupted me, and had zero consideration for myself or my sister that was with me at the time. I understand working in customer service. I understand being tired after a long days work(as it was 8:30 pm). But I happen to have worked a 10 hour day myself, drove and hour and a half to canton for a work dinner, and just stopped in while finally heading home for the day to ask a simple question and was greeted with such an annoyed, rude, and genuinely unhelpful worker that I will never purchase from this store again. If you can't treat people with respect and consideration then you should not work in an environment that demands such from you. I was the ONLY customer in the store. Literally there to inquire about PAYING to fix my ring, not yelling, arguing, or expecting to get anything done for free. I understood going into it that there may not be a way to fix my ring, but this girl was absolutely out of line and very unprofessional. This worker will lose you a lot of customers. Selected “pick up in store” Canton store had it in stock so I thought this is perfect, since my schedule is filled with kids soccer games all weekend. To be able to run in, grab and go is a perfect scenario. I went in to pick it up after being emailed it was ready, but to my surprise the “free” bracket that they were giving away was the only thing I could walk away with today. The ring that was in stock and a associate showed it to me, was there but for some reason Pandora decided that they wanted to ship it instead, which I will not get until Wednesday. I called Pandora to ask about this and see if there is something they can do to stop the shipment and just let me pick up in store since it’s there (right size and all) The rep told me she cannot stop the order or cancel, and I would have to wait until I receive it to return it. I ask to speak to a decision maker and she was kind enough to tell me she was going to put me through to someone who could help me 75 minutes on the phone and I never heard from anyone else. Read moreI absolutely love my pandora bracelets however I recently noticed 2 of my beads have broken and/or pieces fallen out of them. I feel like for the price you pay for the beads alone there should be a better warranty policy or some sort of better exchange process. I dont do anything harsh with my bracelets... I dont even wear them to shower or swim. So I dont feel they should break or pieces break off of them. And when and if it does happen they should be replaced! Beads range anywhere from $50-$120 and most people (myself included) have several on each bracelet (I have 2 bracelets as well). That's too expensive to pay for cheap quality of a tiny bead.
