White House Black Market — Local services in Jackson Township

I love these clothes and the women are nice, however I had the WORST experience recently. Someone at this branch called me and asked if I'd like to set up an appointment during the semi-annual sale, she wanted to pull clothes for me to come try on. She asked my sizing, what types of clothes I wanted, and said she'd pull a bunch of things. I showed up for the appointment and the women there had no idea what I was talking about. Which is fine, perhaps wires got crossed. What upset me, though, is that I called the number that called me to ensure it was the right store, so I KNOW the call came from them. They said perhaps it was a corporate initiative they were unaware of, but it was only after arguing with me that someone must have called to remind me I had coupons. I explained that there was NO conversation about coupons with the woman. They were very nice, and our conversation was pleasant, but it made me feel like an idiot. It was the insistance that I was wrong about the intention of the call that was upsetting. Whomever is in charge of these ideas/initiatives needs to ensure that everyone is on board. I love the clothing and used to shop here however I started an online return today and took the items to the store for them to scan the return.

The manager, Heather did not know what she was doing and start off on a negative note when I told her I started the return online. The first words out of her mouth were I don’t know why they have people do that online returns.

She got offended because I said, “I don’t know how to do your job.” And she refused to help me with the return that she had already started. It was truly, a waste of my time and energy.

I will never shop here again because of how she treated me in front of several customers. They need more help, but that’s not my fault that her line was growing…. My time is...
