2023: This service was incredible. Our hotel (Cloudveil) suggested we use them for rentals, and while renting on the mountain looked super easy too, this was a real treat. Getting fitted quickly the day before, in our hotel lobby, was something else... I can't go back to the days of trying 8 boots before one is fully functional. The staff are so incredibly kind and helpful - a true reflection of the Jackson hospitality. They remember you each day. Nobody ever rushes you. There is a safe place right by the lifts to keep your things. And, having a warm, clean bathroom might just make it the best renting option out there. Or the occasional snacks that come with the boots. Or the stage...

We were told they’d conduct the fitting at our hotel in Jackson. And I saw tons of reviews saying so. Then we were told they’d do it at the rental location (chalet) in Teton Village. When we arrived, we found they use a theatre hall as the chalet, where you grab a theatre seat to leave your gear. This seemed janky. There was a very weak fitting and both of our feet became so sore we couldn’t wear the boots another day. The next day, one attendant said they didn’t have a larger boot for my wife. He said “we have more boots in town”. WTH? But another guy was able to find bigger boots. And then the guys says “Where are your helmets? You’re supposed to leave them in a seat for the next day.” …we were never told this. It’s not a storefront, just a temporary location. I...

Black Tie was a game changer for me and my family during our recent ski vacation. It was out first time using the service and we will never do it any other way when we visit Jackson Hole. The quality and condition of the equipment was the best I’ve ever rented, and your entire team made the experience “First Class”! I appreciated the team’s selection of the premium skis (amazing!), in addition to them letting me swap out skis for a snowboard on the last day to ride with my son. The real benefit was the convenience of the ski valet/storage so close to the Bridger Gondola.
