Spent a large amount of money purchasing a table and several bar stools. I was told shipping to NY would not be a problem. When the items arrived they were all damaged. I immediately informed Gary who told me he would take care of everything. I had to take the table to a local furniture maker to have it repaired. The broken feet on the bar stools seemed to be a simple fix but after 7 months Gary has stopped returning my calls and I am now forced to take actions on my own to try to remedy the situation. Just got our prints back for the picture frame we bought at Wild West Designs! This store is worth a stop to look around in, even if you’re not planning to buy anything. There are many unique items from top to bottom on all three floors. The employees of the store were also notably wonderful people, especially Doug. Make sure you hear one of his stories!
