Jackson Hole Reservations — Local services in Jackson

Reserved a week long condo from here.

Wifi was fairly laggy, master bedroom was missing screens in the windows (which is a big deal due to no AC), the sauna in the upstairs bedroom didn't work at all, the ground floor and basement shower doors didn't form a perfect seal with the shower so water could leak out on to the bathroom floor, there was no vent above the stove (so a few high elevation cooking attempts had us worried about the fire alarm going off!), the basement can hear all the chair scrapes of the ground floor as well as whenever water was used, the garage door would not open/close often (would have to try multiple times), we were not told that we were not given a key to the door to the house in the garage (only to the front door, and apparently it's not the same key).

On the other hand, the condo was in a nice silent neighborhood with a park in the middle for the kids, the beds/pillows/covers were fine, we didn't have any problem with the utilities, everything was clean, our family of 9 fit snugly into the three floor condo, and we were fairly close to Jackson.

So overall I can say we don't regret booking with Jackson Hole Reservations, but there were definitely things that could be improved regarding their...

Loved this condo - it is beautifully decorated and has anything you might need, including a great deal of space over three levels (with three full bathrooms!). There is lots of room for everyone (we had five people and still left one bedroom unused) and the beds are quite comfy. There are ceiling fans everywhere so that our summer stay was very comfortable. The location right next to Snow King resort is quite convenient and the area is beautiful and just 25 minutes away from Jackson Hole resort itself (for winter stays!) and it's not too far to GTNP or Yellowstone. Getting into town is easy and a grocery story is not too far away either. We were visiting during COVID 19 and so chose to cook at home or order takeout and everything was super easy. This condo B8, was awesome! You can walk to the lifts, restaurants, etc. It was very clean, the beds and linens were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked. We even used the bbq a couple times. Very easy to book and all information was given via email and/or text, including the code to the door. Having a code makes it so much easier for your group to come and go. Small outside locked closet for skis/ snowboards. Lots of hooks in the entryway to hang up all the winter jackets. Appliances were top notch, nice dishwasher, washing machine, stove, and refrigerator, all new and very high end. They even supplied fire starting kit for the fireplace. Smart TV in the living room for movie watching after a long day on the slopes. We cooked 3 meals at the condo and found everything we needed in the kitchen.
