My goodness... This is my Husbands first time in Jackson Hole, and I was really excited to show him where we always get shirts, hoodies, huckleberry everything, gifts for Family, etc... When I say that the two young men/boys behind the register were absolutely abhorrent to us.. I even smiled to break the ice and said, "Hi!." I received a straight stare and judgmental look. I always give second chances, and it comes back to bite me with the other guy. My husband even felt it and wanted to get the hell out of there. What is sad is that I specifically set aside 2k just to spend in Jackson Hole with the memorabilia that I wanted. This place can kiss it goodbye. First rule of sales, boys... YOU NEVER KNOW WHO HAS MONEY. I know you probably don't wish to work, God knows you proved it today, but you should at least take PRIDE IN YOUR WORK. I don't need someone to hold my hand, but at least be gracious when YOU REPRESENT THE STORE. This happened today, Wednesday the 15th, 2025, around 1145HRS. I will give the chance to change this review, or take it completely down if I could even get a simple apology. I'd like for this to not happen to someone else. Have a blessed day, Tia P.s. Horrible experience and customer service. Ordered a hat almost a year and half ago. Have phoned at least three times trying to check on order each time told it was coming just needed time. Now for the Second Christmas I still don’t have gift. And now after taking payment almost a year and half ago now they just want to cancel order instead of ship product. Would never use this...
