I ordered 2 jackets for approximately $300. They were not the quality I would expect for the price and they didn't fit right. I returned them 3 weeks ago and have a tracking receipt they received it over 2 weeks ago. No refund yet, or even an email that they received it. I have also left 3 messages at the customer service line, which nobody ever answers, and sent an email with no reply. This is my last effort to get their attention. I visited the store in Jackson Wyoming and spoke with what I think was a manager and asked for a credit for the difference. I was shut down instantly and she was very obtuse about the entire situation. She proceeded to argue with me about other stores and how they don’t do that for their customers as well. Read moreI purchased several items for me and my daughter before the Black Friday sales. I saw that the items dropped in price and I reached out to see if they would honor the sale price. It took three phone calls, three emails and a tweet to get a response. Eventually, I did receive the discounted price but I had to engage several times with a customer service rep to get the reduced price. After another week, I received a fairly rude email stating that they wouldn’t honor the sale price and that I could get a 20% discount on my next purchase. I even sent a tweet to the CEO but no response. Seems very complicated for a purchase of recreational items. I don’t think I deserved the unpleasant email for asking about the policy.
