I visited the store this past weekend and unfortunately had a poor experience. I was interested in purchasing a shirt that was the last one in my size, but it was placed high on a shelf. When I asked the employee if there was a way to get it down, he told me they didn’t have a ladder and mentioned he was new, but made no effort to assist beyond that.

He seemed visibly bothered by the request and made no attempt to help find a solution. My friend and I ended up retrieving a stool and getting it down ourselves. Even during checkout, the employee was disengaged and acted as though we were inconveniencing him just by being there.

The folks at TGR Jackson Hole were super nice. I walked in not expecting much but they had a great selection of clothing, from sweathsirts to t-shirts to hats. Everything there is high quality and visually appealing. They also had a sweet of accessories like water bottles, patches, and pins. If shopping isn't your speed, there's a movie theater in the back where they're screening TGR films. It's a great way to spend some time if your not sure what to do.
