I recently had an incredibly frustrating shopping experience with Footlocker, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction. I placed an order before the holidays, eagerly anticipating the arrival of a pair of sneakers. To my dismay, when the package finally arrived, I discovered that Footlocker had sent the wrong item.
Naturally, I contacted their customer service in hopes of a swift resolution. Unfortunately, my experience only worsened from there. Despite my efforts to exchange the incorrect sneakers for the ones I originally ordered, Footlocker informed me that the desired pair was sold out and no longer available.
This lack of inventory management and inability to fulfill orders correctly is unacceptable, especially during the holiday season. The disappointment and inconvenience caused by Footlocker's mistake have left me questioning the reliability and competence of their customer service and order fulfillment processes.
I expected much more from a reputable company like Footlocker, and this experience has significantly diminished my trust in their ability to provide quality service. I urge potential customers to exercise caution when considering Footlocker for their footwear needs, as my encounter with them has been nothing short...
Read moreTerrible staff with a âI DONT CAREâ attitude. I have been there a few times and every time they out-do themselves in their apathy and incompetence. The staff is just busy chatting amongst themselves. Not only do they lack the product knowledge, they do not care if they get the wrong size or wrong model of shoe. They tire you out and keep you waiting hoping youâll walk out - like somebody has incentivized them to dislike the store. No wonder all the physical sores are closing down - this one deserves to. And when these guys loose their jobs, they will understand that you canât take customers for granted. Bye bye - never going again. Hope someone from FOOTLOCKER actually reads this and takes action but hey, I donât have my...

I asked to try on the size they have and he starts whining like a baby getting it's bottle stolen "man, this is a different size from what you asked for, it's not gunna fit you, you shouldn't even ask for that" and goes back onto his cellphone. I asked another employee to help me and they had my size. The lazy employee just didn't want to do his job. If one employee is THIS AWFUL than I cannot imagine how bad management must be!!! I walked out and got the shoes elsewhere bc I was so disgusted in the work culture of Jersey City. Just close the store and fire everyone, nobody wants...
