āāāāā A Customer Service Experience Worth Sharing!
Today, I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Maria and Karys at Swarovski ā and let me tell you, they were phenomenal!
As a very large man, I completely fell in love with the stunning Angelic bracelet. Unfortunately, it didnāt fit my wrist. Instead of simply telling me it couldnāt be done, both Maria and Karys went far above and beyond to make sure I was accommodated. They even took the extra step of calling another store to ensure I could purchase additional extenders ā which, by the way, should really be more readily available! Their patience, creativity, and genuine desire to help turned what could have been a disappointing situation into one of the best shopping experiences Iāve ever had.
In the service industry, people often point out what goes wrong, but this level of dedication and care absolutely deserves to be celebrated ā honestly, itās the kind of example that should be shown in training videos.
Not only am I walking out of the store with my item and a big smile, but Iām so impressed that Iām sitting in the parking lot writing this review. Kudos to the Swarovski training and hiring team ā these two women are a testament to your commitment to exceptional customer service.
Maria and Karys ā job well done! Thank you for treating me with such kindness, energy, and professionalism. I will...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOn October 27 at around 6:15 pm My husband and I decided to walk into this establishment to see if the jewelry that I wanted for my husband and I was available. So as soon as we walked inside I believe she's Indian, she was wearing glasses. She started to help us but once she saw another family (a white family) walk inside, She decided to call the young lady that was behind the register to help us instead of her helping us. So I asked a young lady if she was going on break. The young lady just looked at me and smiled because she didn't have an answer. I find this very disrespectful. If you were already helping a paying customer, why call somebody else to help a person because you choose to help someone else that you felt is going to spend more money for you to get your commission?! I find it's veryyyyyyyy highly disrespectful and unprofessional! Management Please do a better job on hiring people that have better customer service!
But for the young lady that came behind the register to help my husband and I, I want you guys to understand that she did an amazing job. (Her makeup was 1000% by the way) Plus her customer service was amazing so I'll give...

Took back a watch we bought four days before, because itās not working, we bought it in the outlet in Dallas.
We were told the product was final sale, we were careful to check what this means, we were told it still has a two year guarantee valid worldwide. But it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
So my wife took it out of the box to wear and itās not working, so we took it back to this store to get it fixed (really you should not need to fix a four day old watch)
No apology for the problem, or the fact we have had to use our time, effort and money to get to the store to get it fixed, instead the lady just pulls out the receipt (Donāt even look at the watch) and said it āFinal Saleā so we reply we know, but that does not mean it should stop working after four days, her reply āwhat you want me to do about it!ā
She is so rude and aggressive towards us.... itās totally unacceptable for customer service to behave like this!
We literally spend thousands of dollars every year on Swarovski products and that the first time we have ever been treated in such a rude and...
