Windsor — Local services in Jersey City

I can’t say enough just how amazing the store manager, Saidah, is at this location! I was in desperate need for a dress last minute and found a few options I needed asap. I called a few locations and by far this Windsor location was the most helpful and patient in searching their inventory (in addition to other locations)! Saidah helped me over the phone and upon discovering she had one dress left in my size she graciously put it on hold for me and did not give it up to other customers eyeing the dress!!! Would not go anywhere else. Once I got to the store I found that all the employees are just as pleasant, patient and helpful. They truly go above and beyond for the customers, whether you’re purchase is small or large - and in my experience that is hard to find. Store is very organized, clean and seems to have a wider selection than other locations. Can’t beat it for the price point! Definitely give this place a shot before...

The Morgan Formal Flocked Velvet dress saved the day!!! My local dry cleaners ruined my original dress I was going to wear to my friends wedding the Day before her wedding at 6pm. I RANNNN to the Newport Mall, Jersey City. Went straight to Windsor, and the Manager and sales associates were the BEST, Vilma, Mia and Brianna, this was back in August 2022. I saw this dress and my heart dropped, but they didn't have my size on the floor yet ( since they were restocking) Mia and Brianna were helping me find different dresses that fit my vibe, my size, with only 30 minutes before they close, they were still giving me the best service. Today I was running out of options in finding an outfit for my daughter's graduation. Then when I was thinking to myself that all hope was lost, I stumbled upon this store called Windsor. Oh my goodness it was a blessing in the sky. The clothing were so amazing and on point, but these lovely women both Bri and Nia, made my day super special. They assisted me through till the very end. They were passionate about offering good services to the customers, they were friendly, helpful, always having a pleasant face, a good sense of fashion and ofcourse they all thought that I was cool, giving them jokes. Lol....I Just loved my experience there and I will always go back just because they made me feel so special.. and will definitely show them pictures of my lovely outfit they helped me with.....
