Zales — Local services in Jersey City

Only Monique, the manager was nice but other services and people were the worst of the worst... I was there in September first, I got my gold ring resized and engraved, however, they made a mistake on my order and it cost a huge delay... I was damn unhappy about it but I managed to wait until they are done with my ring... Now it is the end of October, and the ring did not get engraved nicely with dirty remainders and shades... looking so ugly... The black lady with pony tail and glasses there was so cold and not even apologizing for this huge mess!! Why should I pay for this unfairness??? 2 weeks delay from original promised date and dirty finish inside the ring???? Are you really there for professional service or what??? I feel scammed and so disappointed!!! So unprofessional and waste of my time and money!!!!!!! I should have never visited there...

Don’t come here for ring cleaning! Came here with my husband to get my engagement ring cleaned since he’d bought the plan that includes two cleanings every 6 months. Ring still has oils/build-up throughout and looks like it was never cleaned. Furthermore, we asked to look at a wedding band and it was like they didn’t want to make a sale. We were actually in the market for one. I liked the one I was looking at but figured I’d buy from a different location with better customer service. In general customer service is not the best, however in this location in the Newport centre there is a very good seller Louis, he really knows about customer care. If you are going to buy anything ask for him. I bought a Movado watch and we needed to resize it. In two different days, two different people told me they couldn’t do it and they dared to tell me to go to one of the mall’s kiosks to see if they could do it for me. Are you kidding me? Thankfully I went another day that he was there and he resized the watch ! The only reason why I would buy in zales again is to be helped by him. Sorry but I hate poor...
