Not sure if she was the manager she was an older woman compared to the other workers. I went in today 8/31/24 around 3-5pm but she gave my dad a very accusing attitude to my father bc he was sitting on a bench trying shoes in a wrong area. Apparently it was moved by a previous customer from it’s original place and came over to him with an accusing attitude but my father does not speak English so he did not understand what she said but I did. When I asked her about she said “ Well he was sitting on it” I was trying to clarify he did not move it for her to be giving him an accusing attitude. I called customer care twice and after being placed on hold for almost 20mins each time, I got the same response by a customer care agent saying the line was not clear and he has to drop the call because he could not hear me! Nothing could be further from the truth, because my phone line was working perfectly and strangely both times he said it, he used the exact same words - which implies that it was most likely a recorded/automated response set up to deflect customers!
