Terrible after sales service. I bought a backback from this store with full waranty. Used the bag twice and a part of the seams on the backpak handles came loose.
I took the bag in for replacement at the Katy mills store where I bought it to ask for a replacement but they offered to repair it.
Dropped bag off with them and it took approximately 3 to 4 weeks to get it back, but to my suprise the bag came back exactly the way I sent it in, perhaps even worse because I noticed another cut on the bag handle fasteners that I did not notice the first time I handed the bag in.

Read moreHelpful folks. You can drop off luggage to be shipped for warranty claims at this location. $15 shipping fee for carryon size. $20 for larger. Shipment back to you is free if claim is determined to be under warranty. Claim forms available online. They get 25-30 warranty claims a week. 2-3 weeks to fix. It’s sent to South Carolina repair store. No way to track until they start the repair though. I found all the information I needed to fill out the claim form using a tag I found sewed inside my samsonite luggage. The other local store that accepts luggage for warranty work...
Read moreI dropped off my Samsonite suitcase at this store on March 1 to have a mangled zipper (thanks to the airline baggage handlers) replaced, and UPS delivered it to my front door today, March 9, just 8 days later. Unbelievable customer service from the store staff (thanks, Ben) and from Samsonite!! All it cost was a $20 service fee, which is way better than spending ten times that on a new suitcase.
