The manager and his employees are phenomenal. I have gone to this location several times before and have always received friendly service for both me and my young son. However this morning they went above and beyond for me. I was on my way to a very important work meeting and my heeled boot broke. I walked in, obviously interrupting them in their morning routine as it was quite early, and explained the situation. I needed something that was similar in color and style as I did not have time to go home and change. The manager immediately had two options in front of me and had me on my way to my meeting within FIVE MINUTES wearing a brand new pair of boots. This is my go to place when i realize my childrens foot magically doesnt fit in their shoe anymore. Its right down the road but alittle pricey. Spent the afternoon driving around to all the big box stores to find snow boots for children in the city with no luck. By chance I ended up at Bootleggers in Laconia and great success!
