Bigfoot Ropes Course — Attraction in Lake Delton

There are enough courses to fit all skill levels. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Sam even gave amazing recommendations for lunch! They were laser focused on Customer service and ensured that everyone was comfortable. We visited Bigfoot on a Monday, and they weren’t very busy. Our party ranged in ages between 11-35 and everyone had a lot of fun! There was plenty of parking which is visible from the courses. There are 2 stalls in the women’s restroom, so it’s a little tight, but pretty well maintained. The park and entry areas were clean. The wire ropes, platform structures and equipment all look very new. It’s clear to see that the employees care about the use of the equipment. They had water coolers with disposable cups around the park for your convenience. This is a very active sport, so I’d recommend wearing athletic wear and tennis shoes. From the moment we clipped in, they were absolute rockstars — fun, patient, encouraging, and somehow made us feel like both fearless adventurers and giggling kids again. They kept us laughing the whole time while somehow also keeping us from dangling upside down like tangled marionettes (a very real possibility for some of us).

Our kids? They were nervous. These three? Instant confidence-boosters. Cheerleaders in harnesses. Our kids left feeling braver and taller (okay, maybe just emotionally taller).

We are SO thankful they were with us. The whole experience was safe, fun, and full of joy. 10/10 would climb awkwardly and laugh hysterically again.

I took my class of 5th grade students for an end of year trip. The entire staff (office and on-site) was helpful, kind, professional, and attentive to the kids who were at all levels of comfort on the course. The experience was exhilarating and a real confidence builder. Individuals choose their paths and spend as little or as much time as they want on many different challenges.We had a great time and highly recommend Bigfoot Ropes Course.
