Twisted Couture — Local services in Leavenworth

My family and some friends were in Leavenworth in October and were able to visit A Little Twisted. It was a very nice shop and the person working there was very friendly and helpful. We ended up purchasing two sweaters and a very cute pair of pants for my daughter.

We were unable to visit Twisted Couture because of time but wished that we had been able to go in as well. I decided that I was going to buy my friend something from there as a souvenir. I ended up on a shirt and purchased it. I was waiting for the shipping confirmation and after about a week I emailed the shop just to see if anything was happening. A woman, I didn't actually catch her name unfortunately, sent me a text message to inform me that due to COVID she wouldn't be able to get that shirt.

She then sent me videos of other options that she had in the store that were very similar to the one that I had purchased. We went back and forth about style and sizing and finally landed on a very good replacement that she will send immediately.

She absolutely went above and beyond and gave me amazing customer service. We live in the Seattle area so unfortunately we had to do this all virtually as we weren't going to be coming back to the area for quite a while. I would 100 percent recommend the store, the service, and would definitely purchase items from her again. We love the sweaters that we got from A Little Twisted and I know my friend will love the shirt that I picked today.

She could have simply sent me a refund but what I really wanted was a shirt with a tag that said Twisted Couture on it for my friend and for the memories of our time in Leavenworth. She was so patient while I waffled over different options and I wish I could do more than just give them a glowing review. I will definitely be giving them my business in the future.

I bought some new clothes here recently and am impressed by the selection of clothing as so many items caught my eye! A lot of the apparel is true PNW style which I adore about the place. Even though I found some items that were my size and fit, I noticed that the store doesn't stock up on sizes for plus size women and even though I'm not one, I believe being more size inclusive would be the fabric to the business being a lot more successful since the city thrives from tourism. The website appears to be outdated after my visit. I even utilized Direct Messages and texted the phone number to get ahold of somebody so I could order some things either for myself or as a gift to someone else. I also saw my information was printed wrong on my receipt. I'll revisit as I patronize small businesses wherever I can and the prices are reasonable here. I had a pleasant experience...

Recently, went in with friends just to browse but the clothes were so chic/trendy and comfy that we had to buy some. I got some really really soft sparkly scarves, goregeous necklaces, and an adorable cut out hoodie. And I love everything I bought. Customer Service was great and super friendly. The girl who works there, Kelsey, is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has been helped and tended too. She also give good advice and opinions on the products while promoting them. Definitely, very good at her job and is a great sales woman. Items are a little on the higher end in terms of price but they are either name brand items or of very good quality plus the shop is in a tourist area so it all makes sense. Over all, we would definitely recommend this place...
