7-Eleven — Local services in Los Angeles

There are 2 cashiers maybe managers who are just the BEST & kind and helpful. Unfortunately this was my second time being treated like absolute garbage for no reason by one of the cashiers. The first one was a man. After that encounter anytime I went there I saw him getting into it with other people . I’m not sure he works there anymore,I have not seen him. I frequent the 7-Eleven quite often and they are usually very cool and kind. I understand it’s a tough location and I work in Customer Service and I know you can deal with a lot of bad people, but you shouldn’t take it out on good people. And that’s exactly what happened today to me for the second time. I go in whenever they have the Celsius deals three for six dollars . And sometimes the discount doesn’t come up so I always try to double check . It was so bad I actually had to just say thank you and walk away before she escalated it further. There were about eight people waiting in line also and I’m not the kind of person that’s going to get in an argument with someone over nothing. I think she was looking for a fight and I must’ve been an easy target, but I just don’t work that way . Seemed annoyed rude and further tried to get louder so everyone could hear and make a scene when I only asked a question . That woman’s behavior was so gross and evil and I really hope she doesn’t do it to anyone else, but I can’t imagine this is a one off thing and it’ll...

I literally felt like had a responsibility to come back and re-edit my review on this business because my original review was not completely fair, because I have come to find out that many other employees felt trapped in a position where they didn't have a voice but they needed to keep their job's and respect them 1000% for their patience and temperance they displayed. One worker is no longer there and honestly, now that this person is gone I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW MUCH THE DYNAMICS IN THE WORKPLACE HAS RADICALLY CHANGED FOR THE BETTER!! We always say how one person can walk into a room and change the whole vibe? Right? Well one person can also walk out of a room and change the vibe forever! We forget about that part or are just not used to seeing it happen. I dunno. 7-Eleven is one of America's 🇺🇸 every day spots b4 work or b4 going out for the night and we all love to go to the same spots for stuff like this. On daily basis it was a such shame to see so many people furious, and screaming as they swore never to return to this 7-ev. Nobody likes to get that worked up over nothing but now they are all coming back and even the staff has a completely different interaction between each other. Their all hilarious really. It was very disappointing to walk several blocks to this 7-Eleven store and find it CLOSED at 8am In the morning. The location is right in the middle of hotels and Mall. What made it worse there was no visible hours sign posted. I would call first. Note hot food behind glass always looks bad, over cooked and old. On 6/14/18 I returned when OPEN, I wanted a X-Large Slurpee, But No cups! So I got a (Large). Went to pay the cashier and he said it was the price of a (X-Large) or more than at ALL the other 7-Eleven's I bought from many times! So I told him. His response was that I "DO NOT COME BACK INTO THE STORE!" In a forcible way like he was calling the Police over a Slurpee, when I refused to pay. So as I was leaving because he spoke to me as a child. I said YOU DO NOT HAVE TO TELL ME NOT COME BACK INTO THE STORE, BECAUSE I'M (TELLING YOU) I WILL (NEVER) COME BACK INTO THIS 7-ELEVEN AGAIN!!! and left.
