From the moment we walked in, Raffi, Tamar, Natalie, and Tatyana made us feel welcome and cared for—just like family. Their knowledge, kindness, and attention to detail were unmatched. They took the time to truly listen to our needs and wants, guiding us through every step of the process with patience and care. And a special shoutout to their perfect pup Truffles, who adds extra smiles and sparkles to the shop!

I had a clear vision of a wedding band that was sophisticated, timeless, and chic to complement my engagement ring. Not only did they bring my vision to life, but they also exceeded my expectations in every way. My husband, Max, on the other hand, wasn’t sure what he wanted. Raffi and his family are amazing, my boyfriend and I are so beyond happy that we chose to work with them for our engagement and wedding rings. We met several jewelers in LA and it was such an easy decision to go with Raffi. He and his amazing daughters and wife take the time to get to know you, talk you through all your options, and really learn what you want. Any small detail I asked for they assured me they would handle custom and exactly as I wanted. We were resetting my grandmothers diamond and l had complete faith and trust that they understood my vision and that we were in good hands. Several other jewelers we met with seemed unwilling to make custom changes and seemed to offer the same cookie cutter options to everyone, and the experience with Raffi could not have been more different.

I visited Raffi's a month ago in urgency. Because I had never been to the Jewelry District, I did not know what to expect, and felt out of place, as I did not, and do not, know jewelry too well. However, Raffi himself, along with his family were incredibly transparent and helpful in addressing my needs. I have never left a review, but this place was incredible and met all of my needs and beyond.
