Ophelia is the best! She is a pure joy to work with. I am a repeat customer and she has always gone above and beyond the expectations ..I have sent my ring to her over the years to be cleaned and maintained. This time, we changed the stone from a CZ to Lab Diamond. It was not possible to find an oval to fit my setting. I followed Ophelia’s advice and expertise and changed it to a round stone. She found a gorgeous stone. When it was ready, she told me the jeweler was not comfortable with how the ring was set. She then gave me a new setting (with 2 trillions) to assure its perfection. So not only did she completely replace the band for me, but did it extremely quickly . So to summarize, I have a completely New ring! The rings here are gorgeous and the quality is great. I’m giving 2 stars cause the repair service needs more work. Payed $150+ for a repair cause a prong for the center stone came loose. Got the ring back after 3 weeks and noticed the stone isn’t even centered. A week after another stone fell out right next to the prong that needed to be fixed. This was a few months ago and I’ve been going back and forth on leaving a review. But I feel like people should be made aware of the lack of attention to detail when it comes to repairs. ):

I didn’t expect them to reply or even offer to fix it seeing as lots of companies now a days don’t have the best customer service, but LA chic did.
