The South Park studio is amazing-- new, clean, and Covid - compliant. The equipment is brand new, which makes the work outs even more pleasant. The staff is friendly, punctual, and accommodating, some are quite the eye candy too! :)
The coaches are awesome-- experienced, fun, and equally helpful if you are new to OTF or a beginner and if you want to push yourself and achieve your fitness goals.
The workouts feel safe since the studio operates at a lower capacity, everyone is spaced out, the ventilation is excellent, and wiping the equipment has always been a key part of the OTF routine. In addition, the staff does deep cleans in between all classes.

Coaches Shelby, Kaymi, and Joe are so supportive; whenever I feel like giving up, they always call out my name and encourage me. They correct my pose every time I'm doing it wrong. I started lifting 5 lbs and now I'm up to 20 lbs. Tread speed at 5 mph used to be tough, but now I can go all out at 12 mph. I'm starting marathon training now. Thank you, Orangetheory! Read moreI’ve been a member of OTF in various different locations over the past 5 years. This is by far the best one I’ve been apart of to date! After less than a month of joining the South Park location the staff and coaches knew me by name, remembered my favorite station (Shout out to Jhah!), and made me feel like I belonged!
