I visited The Feather Place in Downtown Los Angeles and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. While I initially came in with high expectations, I was let down by both the product quality and customer service.
First, the material itself felt far below the standard I was expecting—lightweight, inconsistent in texture, and not worth the high price point. Despite the store’s upscale appearance, the quality simply doesn’t match the cost.

Read moreI went to the Feather Place in search of materials for a pop up design booth I am doing. Christina helped me out and showed me her beautiful range of products and also was so knowledgeable about how I could construct my crazy idea and bring it to life. I’m so happy I visited and will definitely be back for future projects. And remember it’s on the sixth floor of the building, not street level. There’s a parking structure beneath the building that’s super convenient and you can take the...
