I scheduled an appt 5 days in advance for a haircut/trim on natural hair at this salon w/Jasmine (the owner). I arrived for my appt 10 min early only to be told Jasmine who I booked with, left for the day. A stylist who worked in the salon said “she left for the day, but told me she had a 2:00 appt and asked if I could take you”. I was extremely upset and confused at the same time. The person who I thought was professional did not even give me the courtesy to call and let me know she couldn’t keep my appointment time. I was desperate! Therefore, I let the other stylist who was there cut my hair. She knew absolutely nothing about natural hair and did not even have products available specifically for my hair type. She had no skills regarding natural hair whatsoever. I received a rough detangling session by the shampoo assistant who I am pretty sure ripped some of my hair out. And the icing on the cake was when she told me she couldn’t braid or twist my hair and referred me to a third stylist for two braids. I was adamant about using no heat and requested that my hair be braided damp. The stylist gave me two simple braids, which took all of 10min. Which in the end I could have just done myself since she charged me $30 for the braids alone. I ended up paying a total of $90 ($25 for the shampoo, $25 for the trim, $30 for the two braids & $10 to tip the shampoo girl). I would never ever recommend this place or any of the stylists who work here. So...

Omg so yesterday Jasmine her self send me a dm on IG what I was so excited because I followed her but she is a SCAMER & baby I have my all recipes to proof it her & the girl name Shannoya are doing scams & Jasmine promotion it on her IG please folks don't fall for this she a fake and I still can't believe she done this to me I don't do business this way & I believe in treating people the way I wanna be treated not taken there hard earned money & then she blocked me once I said I was going to tell everyone who would listen not verv godly but like I told her yesterday Jasmine and Shannoya what's goes around come around that why the world's round remember that how can you sleep at night you...

I'd give no stars if I could. I'm aware she's Instagram famous but that doesn't justify charging $400 for a relaxer. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a salon. She didn't greet me, barely spoke, did not tell me the outrageous price beforehand, and her assistant was rude as well. Why is she charging $300 for a touch-up, in an unwelcoming environment,with no customer service? It's wild. I went once and will never return. We as customers should stop gassing these kinda of folks just because they take nice pictures for...
