The building is cheap and has some nice views (although not so much anymore due to 2 very large buildings under construction that will block most of these views), but management is terrible. They will charge you in every way possible, and will often make mistakes in their accounting and then try to charge you for those even though it was their mistake. Maintenance once left wet, flooded carpets in my rooms after they ripped the carpet padding out from a flood, and then the building tried to take my security deposit for "carpet changing" even though that is something that maintenance should have done themselves free of charge rather than leaving us in a flooded smelly apartment.

I moved to a different unit, and they then did their own paperwork incorrectly and weren't charging us for our parkings spots. I had to correct the mistake myself and let them know, so that they could update accounting. They then turned around and tried to charge me for more money that was another mistake they made (they had apparently given me the wrong amount that I had to pay originally) over 5 months ago.

Maintenance will also leave your apartment a mess every time they come by to fix something- they'll move your furniture and just leave it, leave dust and debris from drilling on the floor, and when repainting will leave paint on the cabinets and fixtures.

Security is awful- one of my roommates had her motorcycle stolen from the "secure" tenant-only parking garage, and another neighbor had all of their wheels stolen off of their car (in the same garage). Sometimes packages are left just laying around in the mailroom instead of being delivered to the tenants or placed in the locking mailboxes.

The rent is decent pricing, but definitely consider if it's worth dealing with the building's management- expect them to try to nick-and-dime you at every turn and be on top of them, because they will make countless mistakes that you will be...

If I can give this place zero stars I would. They advertise luxury living when it’s nowhere near that at all. The elevators are always broken and sometimes you will have to wait 15-20 minutes just for the elevator. We have 3 total but for the past two years only 2 have been working and they only keep 1 on at night which is absolutely ridiculous. The fire department is here every other week because someone is always getting trapped in the elevators.

Management is by far the worst I’ve experienced at a condo building. Very unprofessional service. They won’t help you unless they absolutely have to.

Don’t even get me started on security here. Might as well not have any the way they do their job. They are soo rude, not helpful and can’t speak English. I always have to go down to the lobby when I order delivery because they just ignore them and don’t let them in and sometimes I’ll forget my key card to get in the building and I literally have to bang on the door to get there attention. They are always on the phone or nowhere to be found.

The amenities don’t meet luxury standards like they advertise. They advertise a sauna but we don’t have one lol. The gym is nasty & the equipment is falling apart. Cockroaches and dog piss are always all over the building. You practically have to beg them to clean the dog pee in the common areas. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDING...

Total SCAM!!!!Major SCAM!!!If you give them a deposit, kiss it good bye. They scammed us by charging us a complete carpet replacement after we lived in the apartment for only 2 years on a already used carpet. Also for a minor laminated wood repair, we were charged $700. The day we returned the apartment, we were told that we were going to be contacted with the findings, guess what we were not. When you call asking for an explanation, they never give you a straight answer. Total lack of transparency, shame on these people. + the building is kept poorly . DO NOT RENT with MELO!!!!!!!YOU WILL REGRET...
