I arrived a little early, but was welcomed to come in. I was greeted by very friendly and professional staff members. That day was my birthday and I got spoiled by the consulate with a goodie bag with sweet gifts. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness! My only remark is, that some of the requirements that we need to bring, need to be better explained on the website. Please change surname into last name for the USA. Also, please note that CVS a few blocks from the consulate takes the correct pictures for the Dutch passport. This information would have saved me time and the money it took to get the pics done (according to the instructions provided on the website) at my local CVS. Friendly staff! Fast help, sometimes long wait. Parking entrance in front of building on Brickell. The best Parking to visit the Consulate General of The Netherlands is to park your car BELOW the building. Arrive at the front, and drive up on the furthest right side of the entrance. Always place to park your car and parking prices per hour are very reasonable. If you have an appointment with the Consulate General of The Netherlands, bring your parking ticket and they will give you a free pass. ONLY if you have an appointment and you have to ask for it.
