ELMNT Lounge — Local services in Milwaukee

My family and I went to Elemnt for my birthday. It was packed and over crowded which is understandable because it was Saturday. The minute we stepped in the door we were met with attitudes and hostile energy. I brushed it off thinking they might be overwhelmed with people, which again understandable. I also manage a restaurant downtown so I am fully aware of the downtown life and wnviorment. Throughout the night the security guard were giving bad energy and trying to single us out as if we were breaking the rules. It was very weird animosity and by the end of the night I was over it and was ready to head back to the car. While leaving the club the 6’7 300 lb female security guard hit me in my mouth for no reason while still half way through the day. After she hit me the male security proceeded to try to jump me, a 23 year old female, which turned into a brawl with the rest of family. This behavior is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I know the procedure for training when dealing with drunk people or even trying to find a solution to any problem that became aware to the employees of the club. Which also came to a suprise is after the fight was over, the club owner also proceeded to try to fight my party. I have already reported the club to the city of milwaukee for harrassment and discrimination. Once again I am a manager for a very well known restaurant and do not plan to take this lightly. Our experience was horrible at this lounge my aunt had a section for her birthday yesterday and we couldn’t even get in although we were on the list not to mention we had to stand in line despite her having a section by the time we got halfway to the line they said they were over capacity they wouldn’t even let my aunt come out to get is and wouldn’t even give her money back

This is in response to the owner. With all due respect I understand your policies following COVID guidelines but this is something that should have been told to us prior to payment it was never told to us nor was it written anywhere for all we knew we had paid our money to be apart of party with vip access. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Element Launch. During my visit, I purchased multiple drinks consecutively, and the bartender service was unacceptable. The staff was rude, disrespectful, and made it clear they did not want to serve me. At one point, I ordered a high-priced drink, only to be met with an insulting comment about whether I could afford it—a completely unprofessional and unwarranted remark given that I was there to buy drinks.

To make matters worse, one of the expensive drinks I ordered was served diluted to the point where it seemed like it was primarily water. This raises serious concerns about the quality and integrity of the beverages being served. Selling watered-down drinks is not only unacceptable but also feels dishonest.

Additionally, the overall service, including security, was poor. This type of experience is far below what customers should expect from a venue like this.
