Opened a sealed package of cloves to find the contents spoiled. Brought the package back to store where I bought it. They refused to provide a replacement of non spoiled cloves. They could see from their computer, that I was a long term customer, but because I had paid cash for that particular transaction, they refused to stand behind their product.
