I was so excited to get my nails done here. When I walked in, the place looked amazing. I had even called ahead and let the person who answered the phone know that I was on my lunch break. I was very flexible with my time and did not rush them at all.

Unfortunately, I did not catch the name of the woman who helped me, but this ended up being the most disappointing experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I only asked for builder gel, and I was told the light was not working. The gel was literally running down my fingers.

She brought someone else over to try and fix it, and I do appreciate that effort because she was attempting to correct someone else’s mistake. However, the manicure I received from the second technician turned out very lumpy and uneven. I ended up being there for almost an hour and a half, and when I walked outside, I had a parking ticket on my car due to how long the appointment had taken.

I am not sure what is going on at this salon, but the quality of service does not match the beautiful appearance of the space. I do not recommend this business and would not refer it to...

I hate writing bad reviews. I made an appointment. Checked in and they asked what I was there for. Then they filled the water for my pedicure and I sat for 10 minutes before someone came back and said I’ll do your nails. Everything hurt. Like scrubbing everything off me. I let it go. He got the clippers out and I’m now bleeding. I asked to just go which is really uncomfortable for me to do. He said please stay and I couldn’t. I go to Milano Nails Spa IV and have been going for a little over a month and I have no complaints. The service is excellent; you are always greeted at the door and wait time is average or pretty quick. The quality of my nails for the price is also excellent. I have gotten my nails done by various techs but Hannahhas done my nails the last couple times and she is super friendly and attentive to how I want my nails done.
