I rarely ever leave reviews, but I’m absolutely compelled after the experience I had today. I ordered two dozen mini cookies for nurses at a local hospital taking care of my mother post-surgery. After picking them up and arriving at the hospital, I realized I had only received one dozen. I called and spoke with a manager (Eric, I believe), and without hesitation, he assured me they would correct the mistake.
Later that afternoon, I stopped by to pick up the missing cookies. Shawn, the evening manager, kindly noted they were out of mini cookies and offered me full sized cookies in their place. I was expecting maybe six full sized to replace the dozen mini cookies, but nope. He enthusiastically filled a box with twelve - then even added one more for good measure.
Oftentimes in this day and age, customer service experiences are less than lackluster, but I was blown away by how kind and professionally I was treated. After a long and emotionally stressful day for me personally, this interaction was a beautiful reminder that a little kindness goes a long way. Read moreSet in the drive thru for 25 minutes ‼️ Ridiculous for a fast pace area in downtown Nashville. They put us behind for picking our children up from school. The customer service on the head set was ridiculous. Smiling through your headset goes a very long way. She rushed us talking, didn't give us side item choices .. The young lady didn't greet us , and even pulling up to the window we was not approached. Until a young man handed us a a drink that didn't belong to us, able 10 minutes later. So that added even more time to the wait. It took 25 minutes to receive our order for our salad, soups, and sandwiches.. I spoke to the Assistant General Manager, and she explained they were short staff, and recieve complaints every week, and that I'm not the first. I respect her honestly, but she was even ripping, and running around the store. She need to be upfront (expediting) sending out orders so that when they are very busy she can coordinate. Believe me if she was standing there things could run smoothly. Let me start off to say that my office is behind them and we ordered delivery due to weather. We walked in and our order was sitting on the shelf. 10 employees standing in back, only one appeared to be preparing the food. Others in line were waiting in line for over an hour for soup only. This has been the fourth time we have ordered and the service and the response from management has been horrid. Today, the employee just walked out after handing me my food. I do not blame her, but this is not the setting that Panara should want their customers to experience. This location is in serious trouble and there are other restaurant around that can compete and will obtain my business.
