It's been a couple of months now, so I'm gonna give my review. All I can say is that it was a good experience. To the recruiters who gave me a chance to work for the organization.Thank you,But it was better sweet at the end, You get the chance to work by yourself and And represent the organization with wonderful clients and their items and work every day, doing your job the right way.Going around the city was a privilege to get to know different people and places along the way, to build up your knowledge around the city. Management was okay, but it needs a lot of work. They need to have dispatchers with real knowledge of the city and know the situation with transportation with delivery's and pickups. Trust your couriers, If they have already had work on them, make them deliver ! Don't give them extra work to go back to the previous location and a mess up time,So you can have an excuse to tell them they are working slow that's not good, make sure you get the right items that is being given to you. And you have all of the right information so you can take the right steps to do your job effectively. Management needs to do an assessment on themselves about when people's or individuals get hurt or want time off and they have EPTO/ earn personal time off. they give notices and you make sure you keep up with your Employees on there health and their well-being so they can continue To work for the organization, and not be quick to terminate the individual, for lack of information Or communication That is real important for future employees. Do monthly evaluations on each Messenger? To make sure that they are okay mentally physically. Have 4 months' meetings. And get to the bottom line and don't switch up. Have instead of 40 hours EPTO. Have it 60 hours so they could have a week off in extra personal time or sick time. Stop letting employees leave early and let them complete their time for work so they can get paid correctly and fairly if they wanna continue working without lunch. Respect that, so it could reflect on a check.checking up on your employees. When a certain event happens, medical or personal.Making communication with your employees is key. If they go up the chain of command and you make sure that everyone knows what's going on. You want your employees to clear all of work before you give more work. Don't jam them up,all of work so they cannot do there job properly.and take up a lot of time .Rotate the MESSENGERS so if one messenger is at 1 location and he is dropping off.You have another carrier backing him or her up, so you will not have to lose a lot of valuable time for deadlines or anything that come up. But with that being said. To future employees who want to come to this organization, try it out, they have great people there...
