Disappointing and Discriminatory Experience

I had an extremely upsetting experience with Aneesa, who refused to accept a valid form of ID based on where I come from. This was not only frustrating but felt blatantly discriminatory. After calling customer service, I was informed that my ID was indeed acceptable and should not have been denied. I have small veins and they can be hard to work with sometimes but I have never not been able to have my bloods drawn in a medical facility. I had to go to this facility 2 times in order for them to successfully draw blood. The second day I went back they took over an hour to get it after their fourth jab and it ended up being very painful.
