I had previously used this valet parking garage on multiple occasions, primarily due to its convenient location and perceived security. However, our experience in July 2024 with our 2023 Genesis SUV was deeply disappointing.
One of the parking attendants caused damage to the rear of our vehicle. Initially, the management seemed responsive and indicated they would take responsibility for both the damage and a rental car. Unfortunately, after numerous communications, the situation deteriorated.
Ultimately, I ended up using my own insurance and paying the deductible to repair the vehicle. This not only resulted in unexpected out-of-pocket expenses but also led to a depreciation in my car's value. Additionally, I had to deal with the inconvenience of renting a car and spend countless hours attempting to communicate with Champions Parking management.
What I found particularly concerning was the significant discrepancy in repair estimates. The estimate provided by Champions Parking's contracted repair company was approximately $4,000 less than those I received from reputable dealerships. This substantial difference raised questions about the quality and comprehensiveness of their proposed repairs. Read moreI found this spot because of the last minute hotel reservation. When I arrived the person was nice, I left my car idle to check something outside then came back, gave my keys, no problem. The next morning when I arrived to pick up, the person seemed to hate his life and job, and didn't even want to be there. I gave my receipt and made the payment then even though there was nothing to sign, he put the credit card slip under the tip jar on the far side of booth and told me "your receipt is here under the tip jar" and went to get my car, which is parked right at the entrance in a very very tight place. I am sure he was watching and noticed that I did not leave a tip and just handed me the keys looking other way. This is the worst customer service ever, and to top that off I realized my rear bumper is scratched in 2 places, fresh scratches that paint still hasn't peeled off completely. I told and showed the guy, of course he said he didn't do it and that I did it, and warned me to don't blame parking lot and not cause trouble. With the non-existing customer service, car having scratches and the troubles, rudeness and threats, I would suggest to avoid this place, no matter how far away or how expensive the next...
Read moreThe worst customer service, I’ve ever experienced. When I pulled up, he said something to me (I’m hard of hearing) and I didn’t hear what he said. He started yelling at me, what are you hard of hearing or what? When I said I was, he got even more irritated and started yelling at me even more aggressively. And then proceeded to help another customer and then goes “you hear me better now?” And then walked away, I asked for a ticket because I was late to work, he ignored me and continued helping the other customer who came after me. When I asked for my ticket, he tells me to wait because he needs to observe my car, before giving me a ticket. After he observed my car, he decided to roll down all my windows, and sped away screaming what time you getting the car? I asked him to close all my windows and he ignored me and sped away where you can hear screeching noises. Never again will I come here and the man should be fired.
