I would like to share my experience regarding what has been the most deceitful convenience store encounter in my life.

While on my way home, I stopped at this convenience store to purchase 6 packs of beer priced at $10.99. However, upon checking my receipt later, I was shocked to discover that I had been charged $18.05 instead. It was only after reaching home that I realized this error, as the cashier had swiftly pressed the "no receipt" button and bid me farewell almost instantaneously.

The discrepancy between the advertised price of $10.99 and the actual charge of $18.05 at this convenience store is truly baffling. The lack of transparency displayed is not only disappointing but also unethical.

This experience has left me feeling deeply dissatisfied and appalled by the dishonest practices of this convenience store. Establishments that engage in such dishonesty should not be allowed to operate without consequence. I honestly should’ve listened to the one-star reviews before going here. The cashier was really rude and unhelpful. He gave me unsolicited advice, and when I didn’t get it, he got frustrated and started making belittling remarks. Instead of explaining things clearly, he just got more condescending and refused to clarify anything further. The whole situation was uncomfortable and the way he handled the situation was inappropriate.

Additionally, everything in the store was overpriced but I do understand I was paying for the convenience. I think it's more concerning that after paying, I wasn’t given a receipt or an option to get a receipt, which made me concerned about possible hidden fees that customers aren’t informed about.
