In hopes of ruling out a mold presence, I contacted my landlord regarding a suspicious spot on the ceiling. In less than 48 hours we met with Raymond, a specialist, with Green Orchard Group. Equipped with an infrared detector and professional air quality sample collection device, Raymond conducted a thorough walkthrough of my apartment. He was courteous and patient as we discussed possible concerns during inspection. Less than two days later (on a Saturday) my landlord was able to provide a full laboratory analysis in which we had a conference call with Raymond. During the call he explained our results (thankfully good news) yet also took the time to educate us should we ever have future concerns. I know we have all experienced inept, albeit frustrating, service in a time of need. I have a rental property in Jersey City and we had a couple of water leak issues. My tenant was not going to renew her lease unless we do a mold test. They were all booked up way in advanced. however, that did not stop them from servicing my property. They send over one of their top technician to get it done for me after hours.
