It's a beautiful old church in a neighborhood that's finally coming up. But thanks to the Mayor of New York, you can find a woman's homeless shelter diagonally across the street. And we all know it's much more than a woman shelter. It's nice to see a bunch of people hanging in front of the church like it's a pool hall. Great job...
