I found Jessica on a google search when I was looking for quality hair extensions in the nyc area. My hair started falling out around 2014 when I found out I had cancer and severe iron deficiency anemia. I was damaging my hair even more by buying cheap fake hair extensions at my local mall that caused me to have headaches and pulled on my roots immediately after I applied them. So I was getting tired buying this cheap hair, a new one every month because they get destroyed fast and I wanted to find something quality and better for my actual hair. I came across Jessica. She had a very detailed website that explained her produces and a youtube video that told her story. She offered a free consultation to come into her business and she would go through everything with you so I gave it a shot.

I just want to say that I am so glad I did. Jessica is an absolute sweetheart. From the moment I met her she made me feel comfortable and spoke to me for a very long time about all of her products and the different types of hair she had. Firstly her extensions are weightless which I loved. They are not like the overly processed cheap extensions where I put them in and felt like my hair was being ripped out. They felt great once she applied them. The hair is gorgeous and comes in every color you can think of. She can customize tour hair with highlights, haircuts, and you get a lot of hair with your order. She also shows you how to put in all the hair correctly and will go over it with you as much as you want.

She really is a remarkable woman. Shes talented, offers a great service, is caring about your needs and really took the time to help me. I wish I met her a long time ago. The extensions also last! She said they should last me a year. I purchased a few different sets already so I have a few variety of sizes. She shows you how to wash them and style them too. The is the best quality so you really get your moneys worth with the product. With all the money I was spending on cheap hair extensions every month I did the math and im actually saving now buy buying a few sets of quality hair instead of a bunch of cheap fake peices.

I was in a hurry to get extensions and she was able to turn these around for me within a few days. When they did arrive, we had another appointment where she showed me how to put them in, different styles that could be used and how to maintain them. With each appointment, she sees only one customer at a time for as long as it takes to provide what each person wants. My first set of extensions lasted me for an entire year (because I used them so much) and I've just gotten another set. I've received many compliments on both set of extensions and even I can't tell the difference between what is my hair vs. the extensions. Jessica also makes a point of following up to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. She is very detailed and even something as simple as changing the size of the clips was taken care of without extra charges. I live in Manhattan, and there is a lot of options between beauty stores in the city and new online/social media stores. However, no other option has the personal craftsmanship and quality product that Jessica offers. Like most women – I think through every possible scenario. After extensive research, I found Jessica to be THE best choice.

I had a free consultation with her, and I felt so comfortable. I felt silly getting extensions because I have naturally ok hair. However, I wanted extensions to have awesome hair. She totally understood where I was coming from and made me feel at ease about my decision. She explained her hand stitch approach, practiced with me how to put the clips in until I nailed it and walked me through how to best take care of them. Needless to say, Jessica is very thorough, and I greatly appreciated that.

I’ve had my extensions for 4 years. I have done everything with them – curled, flatironed, dry shampoo’d, washed, dried, etc.. I recently brought them back to Jessica for a up for a spruce up. (Please note that 4 year is a long time to not need a tune up!) Also, if I took care of them the way Jessica told me to – I probably wouldn’t even need a spruce up because they are that good! (I’m just historically rough with my things.)
