So I visited this place with my bf and wanted to check out their store based on a friend's recommendation. The store itself is lovely and was a beautiful experience in and of itself. However, this gets a one-star review based on my customer experience. The shoe department worker is lucky that I was so immersed in trying on my boots that I didn't hear her talking negatively about me to another employee. My bf told me she spoke rudely about me while I was busy trying on the boots I liked. This bothers me because I was very respectful, kind, and polite to her because as a human myself, I like to be treated the same way. She's lucky I didn't hear it. Otherwise, I would've called her out on her improper behavior. Fortunately for her, my bf saved her by letting me know after we left the store. It's the fact that she could've waited to talk badly about me after I left. Why talk badly about your paying customers in front of them?! Where is your staff's professionalism?! She's lucky I wasn't paying attention and had my bf told me about that interaction sooner, I wouldn't have spent $350 in this store. I would've taken my business elsewhere because why should I support a company where your employees talk poorly about their customers within ear shot of everyone else hearing them? Have some decorum and wait until the customers won't hear you at the very least! So that'll be my first and last time ever setting foot in that store again. As I entered the store no one greeted you or not welcoming at all. Then I went straight to the sneaker area, the rep was not happy Iām asking her for anything, sheās just not interested in making sales. I was made to feel like Iām overbearing her with me asking her for the size I wanted or not worthy of their products. On top of that she whispers and absolutely canāt hear whatās sheās saying to me. Then at some point I finalize my decision she didnāt even inspect if the two sneakers with different sizes was in correct pairing. Luckily I was paying attention and when I made her aware she rolled her eyes and just again made me feel Iām giving her too much work⦠mind you thereās only 6 customers in the whole store and Iām the only one in her area. Donāt need a red carpet welcome or vip treatment. I just think that for people to visit you on this inclement weather you could at least just give a little enthusiasm overall. Is my first time in this store, but the way employees treat customers is really mean, since you entered to the store it feels like they want you to leave, because maybe you are not wearing expensive shoes or clothes, even though at home you have the whole Coca Cola collection from Kith 2017 and you have been client for years. It is a coffee shop at this location and they have restrooms but are closed. I asked at the Kith menās store for a restroom and they told me they have one at the womenās store, I went to ask the barista for the restroom, she said āno sorry iwe donāt haveā, it was there, I was looking at the door. I am 8 months pregnant and I told her it was an emergency, she didnāt care.
