I've tried asking similar questions to other jewelers and their responses were almost insulting, then they let you stumble around while you try and think of how to word your next question so that it makes sense "in jeweler terms." Winona, and the other members of the staff, politely answer any question you pose, and in the same breath answer the next two questions that you haven't even fully formed in your mind yet.

When I started shopping around for an engagement ring to propose to my now-fiance, I knew that her ring absolutely had to be either Edwardian or Art Deco. I shopped around for weeks, in stores and online, and couldn't find anything that really fit the bill. Then I came across Leigh Jay Nacht. My options went from 0-100 in the split second that it took me to load their website. After spending a few days narrowing the search down to just a few different rings I decided to email the shop to see if they could send me some pictures of a few different angles of these rings, and to see how they would look paired with different types of wedding bands. No more than 20 minutes later, I got a response from Winona that included pictures of each engagement ring, paired with two different styles of wedding bands, from 2 different angles (12 pictures total).

I decided to purchase engagement ring #2252-02. It arrived a day early, and my fiance absolutely loves it. She doesn't really like drawing attention to herself, but she doesn't mind all of the attention that the ring is getting from family, friends, and coworkers.

We are about to buy my fiance's wedding band from Leigh Jay Nacht, and Winona has just been the absolute best. All I have to do is send her an email asking "Can we see her engagement ring setting paired with L####, L####, and L####?" and within 5 minutes she sends a response with pictures of the rings we ask to see, PLUS there's always a bonus 1 or 2 similar rings that we might want to consider based on our choices.

Stop searching if you want a vintage style ring. I looked at rings for over a year. Never liked anything. I am quite picky. I was stopped in my searching tracks when I found this website. My fiancé fell in love with a ring. Leigh found the perfect sapphires to match her engagement ring. When it arrived and she slipped it on, it swallowed her engagement ring. Other things need mention- This man truly loves what he does. Never once was I asked to go higher on my budget or felt pressured. In fact, everything was under budget. We live in quiet country. I was having a hard time getting my finger sized. Leigh sent a sizing set to me!!! The shipping is amazingly well packaged and fast. He even sends videos as well as photos. He truly understands service and communication. With never stepping foot in his place to try anything on or meeting him; we felt truly cared about and were comfortable with him instantly.

I have to admit, I wouldn't say shopping for an engagement ring was a brief and painless ordeal. Advice from friends and referrals to local jewelers came up short. After laboring over design concepts and available merchandise without any luck, my fiancee helped by providing some images of rings and styles she liked from the web. One of which caught my eye from Leigh Jay Nacht.

Winona at LJN, hands down the most pleasant and knowledgable sales rep in the industry, with whom I was fortunate enough to have help me through the process, was very patient and worked to find the best fit for the right price. When the original item I found online was out of stock, she quickly sourced a beautiful stone of similar shape but better quality, allowing the production team to finish the ring in two weeks.

With a long holiday closing the office for a few days over the course of production, I was pretty nervous the ring would not arrive on the date as described. I planned the proposal well in advance, and any delay would've been a disaster. After speaking with Winona, and explaining my concerns, without hesitation, she fast-tracked our ring, getting it to me a few days early so I would be able to breath easier. Once shipped, Winona spoke rather confidently, while assuring me that what the craftsmen at LJN put together would knock my fiancee's socks off, so to speak. She was absolutely right, and we couldn't be happier.
